Is this legal or a scam?
Our giveaways are 100% legal. We stand behind our authenticity and reputation being in the luxury watch industry for over 30 years. LuxUnite giveaways are federally regulated, insured and bonded. We are partnered with a 3rd party sweepstakes company who legally handles all of the official rules and conducts a fair computer random drawing to select the winner of each giveaway. LuxUnite does not select the winner. Each giveaway is GUARANTEED to have a winner.
Who is eligible to enter?
Legal current residents from all 50 states, Canadian provinces and United Kingdom are eligible to enter! (You must be of legal age in your respective state).
How is the winner selected?
After each sweepstakes ends, all the entries are sent to one of the largest 3rd party sweepstakes agencies in the U.S. based out of New York. After 5 business days, they draw a winner at random then provide us with the winner for us to announce.
How do I enter a giveaway?
To join and enter, the process is simple! Check out our shop for your favorite items and make a purchase. Every $1 spend will earn you entries to win! For example if the current entry multiplier is 10X and you spend $100 on merchandise, then you will receive 1000 entries to win! All entries are automatically calculated by our system at checkout and sent to our Sweepstakes Administrator for the winner drawing once the giveaway ends!
How will I know if I won?
We will contact the winner directly by phone, text and/or email. We will never contact the winner via social media.
How do I know my entries were submitted?
Upon checkout you will see your total entries calculated and as soon as you complete your purchase, your entries will be locked and submitted for your chance to win! You will receive a purchase confirmation email and you can view your orders and transaction history in your customer account login dashboard. Here you will see each purchase, the total $ you've spent and your total entry calculations for current and past giveaways!
How do I access my account to see how many entries I have?
In the top right corner of any page of the website, you can click the little person icon to access your account. From here you can login to your existing account, or create a new account. If you are creating a new account, make sure to follow the steps and check your email to confirm and activate your account. You can view each of your confirmed orders and see your entry totals for each giveaway! Here is the link for easy access. https://luxunite.com/account/login
How do I contact support?

How do I make a return or exchange?
Returns/Refunds: All sales are final. Once an order is placed your contest entries are automatically submitted to our sweepstakes company, as a result we are unable to provide refunds. Exchanges: Exchanges are acceptable only based on the item being damaged or you receiving an incorrect size due to our fulfillment error. Any item you would like to exchange must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping product back to LuxUnite. We will resend the exchanged item to you for free. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded. All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 30 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 30 days, we have no further liability. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Items usually get processed and shipped out within 1-3 days. We do our best to get the items as quickly as possible so please allow up to 5 business days (not including Saturdays/Sundays) before reaching out for an update.
I picked the wrong size/color/item on the order I just submitted, what do I do?
Please send us an email to team@luxunite.com as soon as possible with the details. There is no guarantee we can make the change, but we will try if it has not been shipped yet. Please provide your first and last name as well as your order #.
My package was never received. Am I still entered into the giveaway?
YES! You are automatically entered to the giveaway immediately after your purchase is complete.
How can I see if my order has shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email to confirm your order is on the way. A tracking link will also be provided.
